Quickies

  • The 51st GRAMMY AWARDS will air in 4 days and viewers can't miss the performances by U2, Rihanna, Kid Rock, Kenny Chesney, Coldplay, Jennifer Hudson, Jonas Brothers, Lil Wayne, Paul McCartney (with Dave Grohl on drums), Katy Perry, Radiohead, T.I. and Justin Timberlake, Carrie Underwood, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne and Kanye West. The presenters are Jack Black, Duffy and actors Simon Baker (The Mentalist-CBS), Samuel L. Jackson and Gwyneth Paltrow.

  • Robbie Williams is back into the recording studio preparing his last EMI album, according to his co-manager Tim Clark there's a "very interesting" song with Mark Ronson, and Williams is also working with Guy Chambers, who co-wrote Angels and Let Me Entertain You.

  • Kelly Clarkson broke Britney Spears' record and her new single "My life would suck without you" jumped from 97 to the top of The Billboard hot 100. Womanizer, Britney's 1st single off Circus, her sixth studio album made history for it's 96-1 leap.

  • Lily Allen changed a lot, changed her style, record label- former artist-friendly EMI- but she's not changing her "manners"! Her new album called "It's not me, it's you" will be released Feb. 10 in The US, but songs like "Fuck you very much" and "Fhe fear" are available all around the internet.
